If starting over was easy, everyone would do it all the time. What we find, however is that taking the step to start over is hard... very hard, and it is wrought with fear, doubt, and many times a desire to just stay where we are, even though we know there is better waiting for us.
There are some keys for us to make the Start Over successful, and much of it has to do with our perception of the Start Over and what it can bring.
