Welcome to Dallas Famous Extras! Today, we're excited to highlight the second annual JAMBALOO Music Festival — a multi-venue celebration that spans Dallas, Fort Worth, as well as otherDFW cities, showcasing the best of our vibrant regional music scene.
It’s a premier event that brings the community together to experience a diverse range of talent.
Alongside the festival, we’re also announcing the inaugural JAMBALOO Music Prize — a $20,000 award honoring the best full-length album released by a DFW artist in 2025.
The winner, chosen through community votes and industry judges, will be crowned live at the Longhorn Ballroom on June 6, 2026. The prize includes $20,000, a recording session with Grammy-winning producer Tre Nagella at Luminous Sound, and more.
