This week we have Larry Gayao aka Larry g(EE). Larry has been part of Dallas scene for a while. Larry’s brushed with some heavy hitters, from auditioning for Lou Pearlman and O-Town, to busking to being managed by Mandy Teefee, Selena Gomez’s mom. Larry’s band Otis was his real introduction to Dallas with an assist from the Lex and Terry show. After that band dissolved Larry got heavy into soul music and wrote the songs for Larry g(EE) on a work computer. Beau Bedford jumped in and they formed a big band and even made it onto the Jimmy Kimmel show. Now Larry is doing a more stripped down solo project but his real focuses been on his health. Sadly, Larry has stage 5 kidney disease and he asks for help and educates us more on his situation. This one gets emotional, and I know you’ll enjoy this heartfelt episode with Larry Gayao.
