Description

Dick is back for a long overdue episode regarding women's voices in our modern society. She begins by educating us about the various causes that are highlighted in March, including women's history and endometriosis awareness (3:17). Next, she goes for the jugular, pointing out the biggest reason men don't seem to care about what women say (5:12). This observation leads our hosts to compare how men and women are perceived differently in a variety of environments (11:18). Unfair criticism by men probably stems from mommy issues, and leads our hosts to analyze Britney Spears' situation (18:26). Saif's research brings us back to the power struggle between genders (27:04), which is most likely a result of the constant objectification of women (34:07). Dick considers going solo with her own show, but admits that it would be more successful with the help and support of others (38:15). Lil Kim inspires our hosts to take a look at the words that compose our English dictionary (44:05). As usual, our calls for equality start with a conversation and listening to others who are different from you (54:56). Dick finishes with a few more facts on vac's before we end this week's show (1:02:11).
