It's fairly simple to find the hiring managers at companies these day. The hiring manager will be the one who typically this role reports through. Find that person on LinkedIn and try to connect with them. Make sure they see you and your interest in the role.
As always, be sure to follow the proper application process. But as long as you've done that, it's ok to go above and beyond to show your desire to work there.
