Slam the Gavel welcomes Judith M. Weigle. She has been a mediator for 11 years, a Legal Document Assistant for 10 years, and in private practice family law for 10 years.
Her company, Divorce Resource, Inc., provides both mediation and filing services for divorces, legal separations, paternity cases, and post-judgment revisions of settlement agreements.
Ms. Weigle’s mediation experiences include Divorce and Family Mediation, Community and Personal Mediation with the Dispute Resolution Program at the Office of the Los Angeles City Attorney, and Mediator and Arbitrator with the Los Angeles County Bar Attorney-Client Fee Dispute Program. When she was with the Dispute Resolution Program in 2010, Judith M. Weigle won a coveted Community Mediation Award for a police community dialogue facilitation as a result of an unfortunate shooting in a specific community.
Judith M. Weigle is Host of THE Amicable Divorce Expert podcast (formerly Constructive Uncoupling), Judith promotes amicable divorces through her work as a divorce mediator, and through the guests on her show from Judges, Lawyers, Therapists, Mediators, Authors, and people who have been through their own divorce and can share their experiences for the best divorce possible.
