Gene White is the President Elect for the National Academy of Health and Physical Literacy.
He holds a BS and MEd in Health and Physical Education from West Chester State College in Pennsylvania (Now West Chester University). Gene received his Principal Certification from Penn State. Gene's PhD is from Temple University in Psycho-Social Interactions in Play.
Gene also serves as the current Chair and Fellow, North American Society for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, Sport, and Dance and is a professor of Physical Education Teacher Education at East Stroudsburg University.
Gene has held many service roles including:
President of Eastern District Association of the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance.
President of Pennsylvania State Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance.
