A great treat to have Kathy Hill joining us today on "Scaling the Summit."
Kathy began teaching at LSU in 1974 and retired in May of 2012 after 38 years of service to the School of Kinesiology and LSU. After her retirement, she coordinated the medical internship program for the School of Kinesiology. Kathy served 18 years as the Executive Director for the Louisiana Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance and remains on its board of directors. She is a 20 year member of the Louisiana Governor’s Council for Physical Fitness and Sports where she served as the first, and only, female Executive Director of that organization.
