Author Chris Saade is Counselor Mandy’s first guest on her new podcast Finding Hope. Enraged and concerned about the racial unjust happening in our country right now, Chris and Mandy speak about how honoring the grief, individually and collectively, in the Black Lives Matter movement is critical to transformation. “When grief is held with love, compassion and solidarity it can become an amazing source of blessings,” states Chris, “these are unchartered times we are living in…grief can either sink us or propel us into change and hope.”
In this episode Chris and Mandy share tools for how to honor our grief and how it is through the grief journey that it’s possible to find hope.
