My focus is on lease-ups (finding renters) and property management. I also help people list homes for sale (seller's agent) and find their next home (buyer's agent).
I have managed three of my own rental properties near NC State University since 2004, and it has gone well. I would like to extend my knowledge and experience to help others get into investment properties and be profitable.
I used to specialize in new home sales. I worked with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services since the beginning of 2003, and moved on to GO Builder in June of 2010 until they closed in December of 2010. I have had the wonderful opportunity to work for different builders in numerous neighborhoods in all different price ranges. Each neighborhood has been something special, and I am looking forward to continuing that by starting my own real estate firm.
I have been a real estate broker since 2002. I also have my New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation. I am a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, and I serve on their Community Service Committee. The National Home Builder's Association and the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council were great ways for me to stay current in my niche of the real estate industry.
I graduated with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina in 2001.
