Erica was born & raised in west Texas, graduating from Permian High School (the school from “Friday Night Lights”). She went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in Finance & Economics from UT Permian Basin. After college, she moved to the DFW area and began her career in finance by working for a large investment firm. She learned the basics of running a financial practice but also saw large holes in the company’s planning process from early on. Working for a large corporation kept her captive to the corporation’s agenda, meaning only being able to offer the 2-3 proprietary financial products created by the company even if other options were better suited for the client. Even though she was able to obtain success & company recognition for her achievements, Erica knew there was a better way to run her business.
In order to provide more comprehensive plans for her clients, Erica left the large box company to partner with a boutique, independent financial firm in Ft Worth, Tx. This platform allowed her to partner with multiple Fortune 500 & A-rated companies and “shop the market” for the products that best fit her clients’ needs. Erica’s planning process transitioned from focusing on accumulation and rate of return, to efficient cash flow strategies and increasing retirement income through Infinite Banking. Now she could focus on teaching families how to make their money work for them! As she grew her business, her personal interest in real estate investing continued to grow as well. After working alongside each other in the firm for 3 years, Erica and David White decided to merge their practices and focus on their passion…. real estate.
Launching Infinity Investment Strategies allowed Erica & David to build their own personal real estate portfolios, all while offering financial planning services for investors. Infinity Investment Strategies focuses on educating investors about the power of the Infinite Banking Concept to manage cash flow & liquidity to do more deals sooner, as well as inform clients about various real estate opportunities. They also create tax efficient income plans for those looking to retire within 5-10 years.
