Originally from Arizona, Stephanie moved to Austin,Texas for a job relocation back in 2011. In early 2018, she left her full time job and discovered real estate investing as a vehicle for long term financial freedom. Her and her business partner started Yellow Dog Property LLC shortly after leaving her day job and began learning as much as possible about real estate investing.
Over the past two years, she has tried to network with as many people as possible and learn a little about every vehicle of real estate investing. She started with flipping her first property in San Antonio in July 2019. She purchased her first home, as a househack, back in May 2020 and is actively looking for her next deal/project.
Stephanie became the lead organizer for the Real Estate InvestHER Austin chapter in December 2018 and began connecting and networking with women throughout the Austin area. Fast forward to July 2020, the group has grown to over 600 members.
Stephanie currently still lives in Austin, Texas, works full time for a logistics company, and enjoy yoga, reading, traveling and spending time with her pup, friends and family.
