The two greatest lessons I have learned up to date is to take accountability for my actions and have a healthy line of communication. Those two lessons blend into one when others are implemented and involved. Sometimes we make mistakes or we react in particular ways that don't allow for a healthy understanding. Sometimes we pretend that we have done nothing wrong in order to avoid the feelings of responsibility and accountability. Once we hold ourselves accountable for our actions, it is time to have the productive and reflection conversation with those implemented, in order to put it out on the table and reflect in a calm and constructive manner.
