In this solo-segment, I talk about what sustainable self-care is and why it's better for our mental health as a whole. We want to be able to incorporate self-care within our day... every day, that doesn't cause us stress and becomes a habit. Even when self-care is a habit and we don't realize we are doing it, we notice when we don't.

I go through my top 5 sustainable self-care daily practices, they are small and they cost almost nothing, but they are impactful.
