One of the most significant threats to a new era of global peace and prosperity is the rogue state. The authoritarian regimes that aim to maximize their power and weaponize that power against the human race must be confronted. However, in order to create the capacity for peace at a global level, we must find new ways to invite noncompliant states to join the coalition for peace, as opposed to relying on traditional methods of coercion and deterrence.
