President Biden met with a group of progressives from the Democratic Caucus this afternoon to discuss a social safety net spending bill that will satisfy centrist holdouts (Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema). Meanwhile, Biden will be attending a CNN town hall in Baltimore this Thursday to address the nation.
