Give yourself credit where credits is due because it’s been a weird transition this season, thing just feel off so let the snow teach us patience and cleanse us! It’s interesting when there’s scoffing with a spare 🦯 at work when you later get a compliment at dinner for not having my cane anymore, even though my fibromyalgia was rough today with the bitter cold. The past makes me so sensitive to triggers I hate it but I can’t deny it, I’m grateful to be in the present!
