In this episode of What's Up Omaha, I'm talking financial peace. I don't know how many of you know, but my wife and I started a debt free journey some years ago and were able to pay of everything except our house. A lot of thanks is due to me finding Dave Ramsey.
I'm on a handful of different platforms and last year started a TikTok account where I began following Brian and Amy from North Carolina who were on their own debt free journey. They had a mountain of student loan debt and have been chipping away at their almost $300,000 balance. They are all the way down to about $25,000 and have a goal to pay that off in the next few months. I was inspired by seeing their journey and wanted to help them tell their story.
