Community Wellness Day, sponsored in partnership by the Integrated Services for Behavioral Health, the Hopewell Health Center and the Gallia-Jackson-Meigs Suicide Prevention Collaborative, will be held on Tuesday, May 9. The event will be held from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. in Manpower Park in Jackson. The Suicide Prevention Collaborative is proud to host a day focusing on overall wellness, which includes mental, physical and social aspects of health. A Chalk Walk, entertainment by DJ Rockin’ Reggie, resource tables and activity stations will all be featured. All Jackson County residents are welcome to attend.
