When it comes to exercise, more isn’t always better. But something I hear all the time is that 20 minute workouts just don’t feel like enough or that if the workouts aren’t at least 45 minutes, what’s the point?! And honestly that couldn't be further from the truth. In this episode, I'm making my case for why you need to go shorter on the workouts and how doing so will accelerate your results!
