In today's podcast we spoke to Edu Rubio. Edu is the under 23s/18s coach at MK Dons and is a UEFA Pro Licence holder.
Edu is very experienced youth football coach, with past clubs including Valencia and Chelsea. After working as the assistant manager at the Nike Academy, Edu began working with MK Dons in charge of the coaching programme from U7s up to U18s at the Academy. As senior PDP Coach, he is responsible for the players transition between the Academy and 1st Team.
