This is something I always wanted to talk about because I hear it so often. In my opinion and experience, its not effective and it explains nothing. I encourage you to stop doing it. Listening would be preferable, but I totally understand if you are offended by being called a racist based on having differing views from someone else. Tune in and hear what I got to say.
