In what ways are you taking care of yourself? Self-care is anything that we do deliberately to take care of our emotional, mental, and physical health. I will discuss why Self-Care is important and share different options to help you start, develop or maintain a good Self-Care routine. Self-care is not that SPA day that you give yourself from time time, it is more than that. In the last segment I will share my story with loss of appetite and severe weight loss years ago and I healed myself with developing a proper Self-Care that worked for me.
