Description

Kim Fulton is a Community Corrections Supervisor who has had success in 3 different agencies over the span of 20+ years. She is passionate about mentorship, leading with authenticity and emotional intelligence. 

We caught up with Kim to learn more about her efforts to overhaul traditional training models in a community corrections environment and identify  core competencies for Parole and Probation Officers in her home agency. Kim also shared how her work as an instructor at the basic academy became a transformative experience.
