Rishaun Hall is a Philadelphia native who has used his personal experiences to shape his belief in the POWER that people truly possess to change their circumstances. In listening to this interview, you will be inspired by a young man who has been dedicated to youth advocacy, civil rights, social activism, & community service. His time working for the Council of the City of Philadelphia led him to earn the role of Philadelphia Youth Commission Chairman. This environment continued to mold his desire to be a future Governor of the state of Pennsylvania.
