Today we are covering the Solar Plexus, the Sacral and the Splenic centers. We discuss what it's like to have one of these as your Inner Authority and what it's like to be undefined in these centers.
We bring awareness to the layers of conditioning that may repress our natural ability to tune into our unique decision making process, the undefined center conditioning as well as the dynamics between defined and undefined.
The more we work with this system and use it to sharpen our awareness, the more deeply we can surrender to being a passenger of life as it unfolds.
