On this weeks episode, I was lucky enough to sit down and chat to Zac Mccosh! In late October 2019, Zac was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. A condition that occurs when the body produces too many abnormal lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell. Throughout our chat, Jack and I spoke about his battle with Cancer, his childhood and so much more! I truly hope you enjoy hearing Zac’s story as much as I did.
Throughout the month of November unannounced will be concentrating on men’s mental health while also taking part in Movember an annual event involving the growing of moustaches to raise awareness for men's health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men's suicide.
