We’ve all had to complete assignments before – that is, we’ve all been tasked with carrying out some duty or undertaking at one time or another. So we would all agree, then, that you can’t successfully complete ANY assignment if you don’t know what you’re supposed to do to finish it. And so it goes with Believers, friends: if followers of Christ don’t know what they are supposed to be doing AS His followers, then we are left spinning our wheels, going nowhere and accomplishing nothing.
