Born in a tiny village in Italy’s central mountains, Paolo Iudiciani (35) moved to Australia in 2015. Less than five years in the country, Paolo saw his fitness dream come true, winning the ICN World Championship in South Korea.
When Covid 19 lock-down began in March 2020, Paolo and his girlfriend Silvia lost their jobs. Without permanent residency, no income and no family, they would turn adversity into a thriving vegan food business.
