In this conversation, Hugh shares more about his story and the lessons he learnt along the way and that is when his book “Humanizing Leadership” came to existence. He talks about importance of leading by example, giving back, finding time to oneself, the power of being present and honest with oneself, and the importance of having the right leadership in an organization. I appreciated what he shared about how blessed he was having people along the way who believed in him before he was able to see the potential in himself and now he wants to give back.
