Meet Adam, 
Adam is one of the kindest souls out there. He truly puts in the time and effort to work closely with his clients on their Fitness & Nutrition to get them in their best shape possible to live a longer and healthier life.  He also integrates mindset in the work that he does and where he says that it is key when he is working with his clients to really understand why they want to lose the weight. 
In this episode we talk about his journey with Fitness, what drove him into pursuing this path, what his thoughts are about the diets out there, and how it is not only about eating healthy food, but about the portions and your perspective about the food you eat. 
He also talks about how to listen to your body and to understand what foods serve you and what do not and eat more of what serve you and give you energy and strength.
