We are our worst critic. We are able to find tiny details that others might not even notice and judge ourselves for them.
The more we judge ourselves, the more we feel that we are not good enough. So, when you are coming from that place, what happens to your confidence? It gets destroyed, and if you are no longer feeling confident, will you take action? No.
So now I want you to stop focusing on judging yourself but looking at whatever you are doing from a place of what do I think needs fixing here and how can I do better the next time can remove the pressure that you have on yourself to be perfect.
