The Barahona’s adopted twins from the Florida Department of Children and Families. Eight-year-old Victor and his twin sister, Nubia. Then, they tortured, beat, starved and almost killed them both. Nubia’s body was found in Jorge’s pesticide truck on I-95. Victor was in the front seat, beaten and convulsing. Somehow, he survived.
