Listen

Description

Hey Fam. You may have noticed that we put this episode up, then took it back down. After a listen after publishing we decided the language on this one got a little out of hand. While this podcast is listed as explicit and we do curse on this show, this one got a little excessive and did not live up to the standard that Jerry and I have for ourselves and the podcast. While the show isn't sponsored nor endorsed by our gym and our coaches, we are representatives of the gym, our coaches, and our teammates.

We also decided to take down Jerry's rant. While it was epic and the argument was made in good faith the presentation could have been more polished. Jerry and I have a strong intolerance for stupidity, bigotry, and hatred of any kind and we got a little wound up on this one. This is what happens when brother Cody isn't with us.

In Various and Sundry Scott and Jerry talk the fights this week, the loss of "Marvelous" Marvin Hagler, and how the US turns the symbols of revolt into T-shirts.

Scott and Jerry then turn the spotlight on the coaches after last week's blue belt test episode because you can't get anywhere in BJJ without a great group of coaches. The guys discuss #TotalDefenseMartialArts Head Coach Brian Rose and our Black Belt Dennis Hayse and the speeches that BJJ coaches give BJJ students to keep them on the path.

We also shouted out our friend Mike Green and his new BJJ company Off Your Back BJJ. Mike is putting out some sick Gis and Rashguards with the 80's flare you wish you were around for the first time. Check him out at OffYourBackBJJ.com or on the socials at:
