Paul is a real interesting guy. He grew up in the Philippines, spent time in Oregon and Portland, and has been behind the bar for years. We talk spirits of various types, Jerry and Paul trade stories of working in the bar/restaurant industry, we talk about the worst drinks a person can order, and how to build a pallet for spirits and a good relationship with your bartender.
