朝日が昇って今日も一日が始まりました
日々の暮らしの積み重ねの中で
人は知らず知らずにたくさんの物がくっついてきています
頑張れば頑張るほど
向き合えば向き合うほど
でもそれはとても大切な
私達にとって必要なおかげさまの粒
それが分かっていても時々
体を休めたくなったり
ゆっくりと睡眠を取りたくなったり
ぼーっと海を眺めたくなったり
それでもそんな時間が取れない時は
目を閉じて
意識をとても美しい
山の中に飛ばして見ましょう
雨が降り注いだ後の山の中は
木々はとっても気持ち良く
その枝葉を空に伸ばし
太陽の光をその葉いっぱいに
浴び受けて
命がそのままに輝き
呼吸をしながら
そこにすくっと立っている
その命の輝きに意識を合わせて
疲れてきているこの体も
たくさんの場所や人に
心尽くして
少しくたびれている心に
この目の前にすくっと立っている
太陽に向かって
両手を精一杯伸ばして
そこに生きている
この大きな木とあなたは
何ら変わりない
命の存在であることを

大きな木の中に向けて
