Letting Go of Perfection is our Episode 37 and the definition of perfection is different for each person. How do you define perfection? We talked very candidly about the struggles and pressures around being perfect and how you have to let life flow in order to meet our needs and challenges.

Perform an assessment of yourself and figure out are you being perfect for yourself or other people. Give yourself grace, dismiss the fear of missing out, and learn to pivot. You will ultimately arrive on the path you are destined for in your life. Being present with where you are right now allows you to create and establish good habits.
