Focus on the small areas of your life, find, and celebrate the wins along the way.
Once you celebrate your wins in every category we must add, narrow your focus at least for now to the small areas of your life that need the most care and feeding. Think about and ponder on two questions: 1) What is your intentional focus? 2) How are you aligned with what you are focusing on?

Thinking back, now looking at the first video, and listening to the episode we thought, “Look how much we’ve grown since then!” Jeanette shared her first podcast, Jean B from 2017 and how much she has grown since that time and what she has learned on her journey.
