Estela’s ample experience in music entrepreneurship is often sought-out by podcasts, music programs, and conference panels, including the Oklahoma State Trumpet Studio, the Shenandoah University Music Entrepreneurship program, the BrassChix annual gathering, the Denis Wick Artist Summit, the TMEA – Mouthpiece Neophobia panel, the Denis Wick Women in Brass panel, the Diversify the Stand podcast and the Musician’s Perspective podcast. She is also a member of the International Trumpet Guild Inclusion and Diversity Committee, where she is an agent of change supporting equality.
Originally from Lima, Peru, Estela now resides in the vibrant city of Austin, Texas, with her fiancée and husky. She holds a Master in Trumpet Performance degree from the University of South Carolina School of Music and a Bachelors of Music and Trumpet Performance degree from the University of Tampa. Her former instructors include Aric Brian, James Ackley, and Allen Vizzutti.
