Description

This episode is a very special one as to support and bring further awareness to World Mental Health Day, #worldmentalhealthday, I have created a round table event where I have gathered some of my most impactful past guest to share stories and solutions and discuss mental health for all, which is this year’s theme.

We discuss post-natal depression, anxiety and what it means to be a positive mother, to name a few areas of discussion. Mental health can affect us all, so if you find yourself struggling and battling with mental health, try and acknowledge it and find someone to talk to as this can lead to a new journey of positivity and a better life.
