My guest today is Liz Lawerence, Liz is a graduate of IHN (The Institute of Holistic Nutrition) and she has been a vegan almost 5 years. During her studies at IHN she developed an interest in Ayverda and has joined up with Dr. Jas-ri Margret Lambert to open and Ayverda school in Vancouver. She is currently working on 2 books in her mother tongue of protégé to help educate as many Brazilians about the basics of health using the Ayverda principles and her second book is a cook book teaching healthy eating.
