In which the Mister and Monsters join me in reviewing HOCUS POCUS 2 (2022) which is currently streaming on Disney+. Based on characters created by David Kirschner and Mick Garris, this follow up to 1993's film has screenplay credits to David Kirschner, Blake Harris, Jen D'Angelo and is directed by Anne Fletcher. The film follows Becca (Whitney Peak) and Izzy (Belissa Escobedo) who are tricked into bringing back the Sanderson Sisters - Winne (Bette Midler), Sarah (Sarah Jessica Parker) and Mary (Kathy Najimy) - the 3 main leads of the original film. They come back to wreak havoc but are outsmarted by teen would be witches and their allies. The film has a run time of 1 h 43 m, and is rated PG. Please note there are SPOILERS in this review.
