In which the Monsters join me in reviewing LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT (2023) currently streaming on Netflix. With a screenplay by Katie Lovejoy, based off the novel, "The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight" by Jennifer E. Smith, this film is directed by Vanessa Caswill. The film follows the story of Hadley (Haley Lu Richardson) and Oliver (Ben Hardy), who meet after she's missed her initial flight to London to go and attend her Dad's second wedding to a woman she's never met. They strike up conversation over phone chargers and then move onto getting dinner together at the airport lounge. By some stroke of fate, they wind up sitting together on the plane and by the time it's taken them to arrive at Heathrow, they've started to develop strong feelings. Is it love at first sight? Watch the film and find out. The film clocks in at 1 h 30 m and is rated PG-13. Please note there are SPOILERS in this review.
