In which the Mister joins me in reviewing MEN AND CHICKEN (2015), currently available on HULU and Tubi. Written and directed by Anders Thomas Jensen, the story follows two brothers, Gabriel (David Dencik) and Elias (Mads Mikkelsen) who find out that their father isn't really their father and that they have a father who lives on a remote island. They go on an adventure to find family they didn't know they had, discover some alarming truths about their ancestry and learn about the true meaning of family along the way. The film has a run time of 1 h 44 m and is not rated but we guess it leans towards an R since there are some naughty words and some bizarre subjects covered. We thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend. Please note there are SPOILERS in this review.
