In which the Mister and Monsters join me in reviewing REMINISCENCE (2021), currently in theaters and streaming on HBO Max. Written and directed by Lisa Joy, the story follows Nick Bannister, a former interrogator who specializes in helping people relive their fondest moments or find their lost keys through a simple process. One day, a beautiful redhead named Mae, enters his office and becomes entangled in his personal life. From there, events happen, she disappears and Nick becomes obsessed with trying to piece together what exactly happened to this woman he's fallen in love with. The film is rated R and the run time is 1 h 56 m. Please note there are SPOILERS in this review.
