In which the Mister and the Monsters join me in reviewing THE OLD GUARD (2020), currently streaming on Netflix. The movie is directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood (apologies to the director for saying her name incorrectly since 2000) and stars Charlize Theron, KiKi Layne, Matthias Schoenaerts, Marwan Kenzari, Luca Marinelli and Chiwetel Ejiofor. Based on the graphic novel of the same name, created by writer, Greg Rucka and artist, Leandro Fernandez; the screenplay for the film is credited to Greg Rucka.
