- We all know how too much time on social media/online/phones etc. is unhealthy - affects sleep quality, focus, attention, can create constant distraction, less productivity, anxiety, stress etc. Do personal trainers promote an unhealthy lifestyle by spending too much time online? And encouraging their clients to do the same? (FB communities, watching videos, reading ebooks, social media platforms etc). It's obvs necessary for marketing, but conflicts with my values around health.
