If you have a questions or discussion point for next week, please use admin@ptmentoracademy.com and put "Q for podcast" in the subject line and we will be happy to answer/discuss on next weeks episode.
Questions covered this week are;
- I want to save as much money as possible but also have a big ambition of being a rent-paying PT, what advice would you give me?
- How to get yourself back on track when you feel you have had a set back?
- I've had a few enquiries recently for online coaching but I only normally do this for clients who are on there way out of my business and no longer need me face to face. It's not something I actively market but feel like I'd like to be better prepared when I have these type of enquiries. When taking on an online client, should it be very similar to onboarding a face to face client?
- "Do you have any future predictions on the way you think online personal training will evolve in the future?
- Also do you have the location set for this Level Up event ? the line up looks great but I can't find any other info."
- What’s the best way to start a podcast in terms of the actual process of recording it? What software to use etc (Ant feel free to pass this one to Nik)
- Any considerations or adaptions for working with a client diagnosed with anemia?
- A) I feel I'm struggling to adapt from being employed all my life to now being fully independent self employed. I can't get my head around not having someone to report to. Hard to explain Any tips? B) Also, spending a fair bit of time off the gym floor these last couple of weeks to nail my basics and also finish a long standing nutrition project. But feel guilty as fuck - possibly linked to A). Again, tips?
- Should i be increasing prices for those that have been with me for a while (a year) and underpaying me? Or as a gesture of good will since they have been with me so long to leave monthly cost as is?
