- I enjoyed the chat on client programming from Thursday night. This is an area I’m happy with but always want to improve on. I tend you have the same programming model for most my female fat loss clients which is basically FULL BODY WORKOUT A & FULL BODY WORKOUT B on a 3 day split rotation. It does the job but should I be looking to use different programming styles ? I’m not sure if it’s just me getting a bit bored of programme rather than what is best for my clients Any programming advice is appreciated thanks.
- Any ideas on good things to post in a fb group for 1-1 clients? Really want to try and build a community and get everyone engaging!
