My question is at some point I want to look to hire another pt in my business. How would you payment? would you just give them a salary (hours that they work on my business) or the percentage of income clients. What would be the best way?
And I wanted to ask as a self employed pension, what is the best company or organisation to go with for self pension?
This is due to I want to scale up my business so that I don’t feel like I am alone, to help with Annual leave and take some work load of me.
